Not straight Blues, but that influence is here, along with several others, all balanced just right. The content, the pacing, the musicianship – it’s all there. I think this one’s a stunner. Duke Robillard & His All-Star Band – ‘Six Strings Of Steel’

He’s a Roomful of Blueser, a Fabulous Thunderbirdman, and he’s toured with Bob Dylan. So Duke goes old-school here and touches on as many styles as he could fit into a 12-song album.
